Our Vacation Rental House
Discover this oasis of peace and quiet where you can leave the hectic pace and everyday stress behind you. Villa Venica enjoys an excellent location, about 8 minutes from the highway, which makes it the ideal rural retreat to rest while visiting Provence and the Côte d'Azur. We like to give all those who stay with us a five-star experience. It can be divided into two housing ("Alba" and "Tramonto") and is suitable up to 9 double-bed bedrooms.

Your home is located in the secure and private domain "La Lieutenante", which is protected by security door phone and surveillance system to ensure that only those who are meant to be here have access. There is also an automated gate with radio remote control to access the house.

There are several terraces boasting luxury garden furniture. The icing on the cake is being able to sit out on one of the terraces at night staring up at the sky. The lack of light pollution allows for the most amazing views of the Milky Way plus mars and Saturn.

Great Sand Beach with amenities
If you feel like going to a nice sand beach, We recommend you the one that is between Fréjus and Saint-Aygulf, close to the seaside restaurant Le mas d’Estel. This long sand beach is just a 14km drive from La Lieutenante. You will enjoy there sunbathing on white sand, swimming in clear water, windsurfing, jet skiing, having lunch or dinner in front of the beach at Le mas d’Estel

There are numerous golf courses all around Puget sur Argens and tennis courts. (Golf de Valescure, Golf de Roquebrune, Terre Blanche Golf Club ...) It is a very popular area with walkers and cyclists as we are surrounded by National Forests. This vacation rental is ideal to discover the Massif de l’Esterel and you can only choose between sandy beaches, pebble beaches or rocky bays ideal for diving. Discover - Visit
Embark on a boat excursion from Fréjus to St Tropez and discover a charming fishing port turned global jet-set resort. Your captain will guide you through the city's rich history. Disembark at St Tropez's port, near the famous "Sénéquier" café with its red terrace. Explore the historic Place des Lices and its bi-weekly market. Wander through the old town's alleys towards the citadel housing the Maritime Museum. Only a few minutes from Villa Venica you'll find Château de Cabran: a vineyard with exceptional geological conditions that give the grapes rigor and finesse.
